Blue Heaven 10x Volumising Mascara increases fullness with every coat. Remove the Volumising Brush from the mascara tube and remove excess product. Holding it horizontally, go from bottom to top of upper lashes. For lower lashes, hold it vertical and coat lashes in quick, downward strokes.
